2014 was definitely the year for the Roswell GA real estate market to officially rebound. The average sales price was up all around the city, multiple offers were commonplace and for the first time in several years, the luxury real estate market was back on track. Over 22 Roswell homes sold for over one million dollars, with the most expensive home sold at $5.6 million.
