FHA Loan Amounts Increase in 2015

If you are in the market for a new Atlanta home in 2015 and want to keep your down payment low, then we have good news for you!

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) just released a statement regarding new, higher loan limits in certain areas beginning January 1, 2015. Atlanta home buyers will now have the opportunity to qualify for up to $342,700 to finance their home in Metro Atlanta.

Currently, the FHA loan amount limit is $$320,850 for Dekalb, Cobb and Fulton Counties, so the extra $20,000 will really help many home buyers, especially as Atlanta home values continue to rise.
