After many years in a Buyer’s Market, we want to put Metro Atlanta home sellers back in the driver’s seat!  Our “Fair & Flexible” real estate commission was designed for Atlanta’s savvy home sellers and the listing commission ranges from 3.0% to 6.0%, depending on who finds the buyer for your home — a buyer’s real estate agent, your listing agent or YOU, the home owner!

Here’s how it works…

6.0%

 A real estate agent from another Brokerage represents the Buyer. We market your home, negotiate on your behalf and handle all of the details of the sale for 3.0%. The buyer’s broker receives 3.0%.

4.5%

 We find the Buyer for your home and no other Realtor or Broker is involved. Our commission is just 4.5%.

3.0%

 You, the homeowner, find the buyer through a personal source (friend, co-worker, neighbor, etc.) and another real estate Broker is not involved.  We write the contract and coordinate the entire transaction from home inspections to buyer financing, and all the closing details. Our listing commission is reduced from 6.0% to 3.0%.
