2013 was a stellar year for Alpharetta real estate and luxury homes that had been languishing on the market in previous years were selling in less than a month if they were priced correctly when they were initially listed. Over 40 homes in Alpharetta sold for a million dollars or more in 2013, with 25% selling in 30 days or less.
